Refund policy
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or misprinted.
To request a replacement, email SHOPTOOAPREE@GMAIL.COM within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If approved, we will send a replacement at no cost.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason not related to a verified defect.
All sales are final unless the item is confirmed defective.
Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
